I don’t know what it is that makes the albacore at O2 Sushi in Pasadena sooooo mouth-watering. I seriously believe that BJ, my main sushi chef, puts a little bit of heaven in it. It’s AMAZING!
If you’re not normally a fan of scallops, these might change your mind.
