Nice message. Thx for telling.
I’m married to one👍 He’s awesome and very intelligent, a modern day Renaissance man who can do just about anything, that’s what hillbillies do😘 So, guess I’m a hillbilly in law😍😘
This is really fantastic and I agree completely. Great series!
Fabulous! Great message paired with beautiful family images.
I absolutely do👍 My hubby’s stories are sometimes screamingly funny. His family were all from along the WV and Ohio border. Guess they all acted like Hatfields n McCoys on occasion too. He said when they packed up and headed out for Canton it must have looked like the Grapes of Wrath😂
Great history and something to be proud of 👏🙏
Hey! I resemble that remark! Lol!
Hey im a hillbilly and proud of it
Heck ya. I say all the time I’m a redneck with an iPhone :)
Love old photos like these. great history.
Great story and what a treasure you have in these photos 💜
I’m proud to be descended from West Virginia coal miners! Hillbillies are tenacious and tough. They are the salt of the earth.
I just realized who you are! I’m still following spookytales. Hoping one day stories would pop up even though IG Exorcist got rid of many for me, i disnt want to let that go. But I knew Annie was long gone so I missed that. Are thinking if doing some stories here :))) wishful thinking 😉
Wow this was great 👍👍 people don’t know how to be proud now-a-days, just ashamed. There should be more people that think this way :)
It’s so wonderful that you not only have a known family history but you also have amazing photos to match! I love this!
Love these memories, Lizzie. I’m partially mountain-stock. My mother’s family- I’ll have to ask her whereabouts. On my father’s side there’s a close Bay connection along with Minnesotan. So glad you know your history!!!
I love it! Very nicely done!!
Beautiful, hard working, respectable people. Thank you for sharing them with us. ❤
It’s beautiful Lizzie. Thanks for sharing your family photos like this. I have quite a few myself so will have to see what I can do with them. 😘😊
Wonderful! I’ve been thinking of doing a similar story. My father traced our genealogy last year and we discovered our roots go back prior to the Revolutionary War. Had no idea. Next trip home am hoping to capture images of the old photos.
